GAGE BROTHERS AUTOMATION

Gage Brothers has begun to move their pre-cast concrete process into the 214,000 sq/ft pre-cast building. The building is comprised of four large bays that are being used for different product production of precast members. The building structure is formed in a way that allows for the heavy materials to be moved mechanically. The human laborers moves with the process of forming the product instead of the product moving along the assembly line because of the size and weight of the product being produced and the fact that concrete that is setting shouldn't be moved.

JLG AUTOMATION

JLG for the Gage Brothers plant used their Sioux Falls office. The primary software used for the project was Revit. The digital Revit model was manipulated by multiple employees at various stages of development. Revit a BIM software helped create a digital model that would save architects and designers a large amount of time.
