Gage Brothers employees are guiding the automated cranes by controlling the location not the precision. The machines guide themselves to a precision that employee can't. The machines calibrate themselves through repetition to a point of efficiency that the employee can't replicate.
Keeping up with demand
These containers are being filled with raw aggregate and elevated to the mixers. Once mixed the batch plant office organizes the delivery of the mix by loading the mix into bullet containers that use the middle rails to travel from either end of the plant.
